Monday Night
Steve Wallace
Steve Wallace is a Monday night Small Group leader and oversees the church accounting. He serves on our worship team and has been a faithful part of our church for over 15 years. Steve
enjoys Christian music, riding his Harley Davidson and spending time with his daughter Randi who is currently attending college. Personal trials have produced in Steve a strong love for God and an overflow of compassion for others.
Carrol Battista
Carrol Battista is one of our Monday night Small Group leaders and is involved in the Discipleship Program. She also leads our Housing Ministry for those in crisis. She has been widowed since 2004, and tragically lost her husband, father and son within 9 months of each other. Carol's passion and heart for the Lord is evident in the ministries she leads and in her everyday walk with the Lord. Carrol enjoys spending time with her four children and six grandchildren.
Tuesday Night
Teresa Spencer
Teresa Spencer is one our Worship Leaders and leads a Small Group on Tuesday nights. She is also involved in the Discipleship Program and heads up our Children’s Choir.
Teresa grew up in Morgantown Pennsylvania and attended Elim Bible Institute. She came to Word Fellowship in 1993 where she met her husband Walt. Together they have four children. Teresa enjoys making people feel at home and encourages them to believe the truth about themselves.
Walt Spencer oversees our Worship Ministry and leads our Tuesday night Small Group. He has been at Word for over 20 years and serves on our leadership team.
Walt is a licensed mechanical engineer and is married to Teresa and together they have four children and two grandchildren. He has a passion for the lost and desires to reach our community for Christ.

Friday Night
Glenn Shrader leads our Friday night Small Group and serves on our worship team. He is also involved in our Discipleship program. Glenn and his wife Anna serve together at Word and have a teenage daughter named Amanda. He is a finish carpenter and is actively involved in his community as a volunteer Fireman and Chaplain. Glenn’s dedication and love for Christ is evident in the way he selflessly serves at Word Fellowship.
